Over the last 8 years working at ISLE, I’ve worked directly with our marketing team in designing our style guides and creating the assets used for our promotions and sales. One of the greatest challenges was always coming up with a unique fresh look to promote & sell the same products year around. The first year I started working at ISLE we did $1 Million in gross sales, within 5 years of building the marketing team we hit $20 Million in sales.
